3DBC Day 1:(might as well start it right?)

Day 1 — Write a letter to: Your Best Friend

My Dear Amanda,

Where have you been my whole life before I met you? I have spent my whole life looking for a friend that is just like you! I Love how I'm somehow able to keep up with your endless amounts of energy! How do I do it? I have not a clue! You just motivate me to move even on days where I just don't give a crap. You are so amazing! Now matter how many times you may not believe it and how humble you are, it's true! I am just as amazed as you are of how close we've gotten in these past 7 months or so from the time we met till now. I Love hanging out with you! You have so much energy and so out going that I Love it! And so glad that we have fun even when we aren't exactly doing anything. Just simply talking. I Love being able to talk to you and vent to you. Sometimes I wonder if I annoy you in any way. But You haven't shown or even told me! We just click and get a long so well and I Love it! You are like an older sister to me! And I Love it! I Love how much you are filled with the spirit, and I love hearing about your Mission! I agree with your mom that I totally think we were best friends in the Pre-mortal Existence! Cause of how well we get along.

I'll always be there for you and support you every step of the way, and defend you if anybody gives you any sort of crap! I Love you like a Sister! I know that we will be able to stay close! I Love how we can barely go a day with out seeing each other! We just have this amazing relationship that we just want to be around each other almost 24/7! And I Love it!

You'll always be my best friend no matter what!

Love your best friend and Sister,

Natasha

Through Heaven's Eyes:
Performed by Brian Stokes Mitchell)

Jethro
A single thread in a tapestry
Through its color brightly shine
Can never see its purpose
In the pattern of the grand design

And the stone that sits on the very top
Of the mountain's mighty face
Does it think it's more important
Than the stones that form the base?

So how can you see what your life is worth
Or where your value lies?
You can never see through the eyes of man
You must look at your life

Look at your life through heaven's eyes
Lai-la-lai...

A lake of gold in the desert sand
Is less than a cool fresh spring
And to one lost sheep, a shepherd boy
Is greater than the richest king
If a man lose ev'rything he owns
Has he truly lost his worth?
Or is it the beginning
Of a new and brighter birth?

So how do you measure the worth of a man
In wealth or strength or size?
In how much he gained or how much he gave?
The answer will come
The answer will come to him who tries
To look at his life through heaven's eyes

And that's why we share all we have with you
Though there's little to be found
When all you've got is nothing
There's a lot to go around

No life can escape being blown about
By the winds of change and chance
And though you never know all the steps
You must learn to join the dance
You must learn to join the dance
Lai-la-lai...

So how do you judge what a man is worth
By what he builds or buys?
You can never see with your eyes on earth
Look through heaven's eyes
Look at your life
Look at your life
Look at your life through heaven's eyes

Take A photo of yourself and a description of how your day was.

Oh my day was very interesting! Church was good, my family has one bathroom to use right now. So in a sense we are "fighting over it" all the time now! :P
At work, the first hour and a half our system was down and had one working computer to fill prescriptions. And we had a rush on top of it we handled it pretty well I have to admit. It was kinda fun! :D Till one of my co-workers simply was following directions didn't realize that the system is connected to our Cash registers, and I was in the middle of a transaction yeah... I wasn't too happy with that. But it all turned out ok... We had people that completely understood the situation and they either decided to come back tomorrow or went somewhere else to fill their prescriptions. Then, My pharmacist recently had a baby 6 months ago, and her husband brought her baby over to get fed. And She told on of my male technicians that if a prescription needs to be checked to bring it down to her. He gave her a look that was like: "Are you serious?" She then said: "Or just have Natasha bring it down." Then, another one of my technicians that is actually married, he came up from down stairs and said, "I think she's breastfeeding. Yuck!" I told him, "someday you're going to be helping you're wife with you're future children." "haha! Good point." Yeah, about 2 minutes later, my third male technician(single as well, and kinda cute as well. ;) comes over with a prescription and tells me to go down, and says " Here, you're a girl, take this down to the pharmacist." Oh I laughed like crazy at that comment! It was hilarious! I go down, and it was just a little awkward to go down there, but she was covered, so I was glad for that. But, yeah, with all of that happening, it made work go by so fast! It was awesome! So I was glad for that! :D

"The End of the World"

Well, I know this for sure! I survived the supposed "End of the World" just like everybody else! haha! When I heard about someone saying last week that the end of the world was going to be May 21, 2011. I kinda chuckled! Well, that's one day off the calendar that the 2nd coming isn't going to come! As well as 12/12/12 is scratched off the calendar! During all of these events happening, I was just laughing and chuckling how crazy people get when it comes to a false prophesy of the end of the world. People selling their things, quiting their jobs, heck I even wondered if people did other things like having unprotected sex(which I wouldn't be surprised), drinking, acting like they don't really care like any other day. I feel bad for everyone of those people that believe the end of the world was going to come yesterday. I hope and pray for those people that they may be able to wake up and stop wasting their lives and find something that has some meaning!

What's my out look in life? I'm not one that likes to judge, when I notice myself doing so, I do my best to shove it aside. I hate feeling like that I'm better than someone else. Knowing that I'm not! I don't like looking like a hypocrite and saying things and acting the exact opposite of what I say. That's NO BUENO! :P I grew up with that sort of out look and I thank my Parents for that. Doing my best to not judge people has helped me get to know someone for who they are and not for what they are doing. In order to get to know someone you must let go of their weaknesses, imperfections to see what their strengths are.

I've been taught through my religion to serve people even if it is as simple as a smile on my face, and opening the door for someone. Whatever it may be, I just enjoy making people's day and helping them that there is more to life than negativity. Yes, we get afflictions, trials, sicknesses, and just plain and simple day to day life can be crappy! But If we are able to do our best to put a smile on our face and knowing that we have friends, family and a Father in Heaven that Loves us. At least that can help some as well! Let ourselves remember the Good as we go through our lives and live off of those and our happy attitude. Remember the bad memories and our pasts as a reminder to never go back. Look to the future with hope and faith and live in the present living the best you can and not wasting every moment in your life.

Now, I understand I may have said things that sounded judgmental. I'm sorry right now for offending anybody that's reading this right now. I was just writing what was in my head and wanted to let people know that I'm happy with my life! I Love my life. Some aspects I'm struggling, but I'm keeping my head up high because, I have hope through the Atonement of Christ as well as hope in the Gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm in Love with my savior, he has done so much for me in my life and still helping me immensely! And I look forward to the life ahead of me! I Hope to be able to find someone soon to spend eternity with. I'm single and not exactly happy being single. But I'm happy all in general because people around me are happy! I Just love the feeling of being loved and happy and having joy everywhere I go. I know that doesn't happen to a lot of people. But I choose to be happy regardless of what's going on in the world today! I can still be mournful of those that are being careless and in Satan's Wrath. That's what prayer is for, it's to help those that are in need regardless if you know the people or not. You just hope that people will soften their hearts, and to come unto him that liveth.

I just wanted to vent a little today. Sorry for the rant and ventage. And I hope you had a little bit of a laugh somewhere in there... :D Have a great day my wonderful friends! :D

Collin's Prom

Collin went to Prom a few weeks ago, and I had the privilege to Chauffeur his group up to Salt Lake City so they could have some fun at Rice Eccles Stadium. And since there were a few hours to kill, I didn't exactly want to be up in Salt Lake by myself for 2-3 hours. So I brought a date along with me! :D His name is Jared Smith (sorry I don't exactly have a picture of him). He is my across the street neighbor, he is 27 and a returned missionary! So that is pretty awesome! It was really fun getting to know him! And hopefully he'll be at least a friend. I would like more, but I don't think he's honestly that interested in me... All well, Keep moving forward. I tried to see if I could go on another date... But, I'm the one making most of the effort and it's driving me crazy! So on to the next guy. But anyways while on the date (after dropping Collin and his prom group off at the Stadium), Jared and I walked around Salt Lake, and pretty much walked from Temple Square, to the Gateway Mall and walked up and down there. Walked up past Temple Square to the Cathedral of the Madeline, up a hill or 2 to see the State Capital. All in all we walked about 5 miles and my legs felt like Jelly! But it felt really good to get out and release some energy! :D I at least had a good time! It's hard for me to tell if he had a good time! Even though he says he did... He's not really making an effort to really ask me out again... Meh... Whatever... He's missing out that's for sure! Don't you think?

Here are some pictures from when I took Collin's group up to the park to get some pictures taken. I was able to double team with another photographer since in the sense I knew the park a little better and came up with some of the poses that you may see! :D

Collin looking handsome in his Tux(which he didn't have to buy for prom! He already had it for band! :D).

Collin's Group at Dinner They had Beef Enchaliadas for dinner(My dad's Style). It was really good too! YUMMY! From Collin to his left is: Josh S. Michelle, Tyler B, Emily B., Bethany L. And then there's Collin! haha!

This is a poss that I suggested! I think it was pretty awesome! And since Josh and Collin were the tallest men in the group(although Josh is definitely taller), they took turns as to who was at the top(it was mostly Josh that was in the back and top the most).

This picture was interesting with the house in the background. But I got myself in a pretty good spot to let the other photographer know that I was in a pretty good spot to hide the house...

The 3 extravagant Young Men! Josh, Tyler, and Collin!

And the Beautiful "Charlie's Angels" Bethany, Michelle, and Emily

Beautiful Young Women with their Corsages! :D

You can see the rest of the photos on Facebook if you'd like! :D

Randomness

I don't know where to start today, I just know I needed to make a blog of some sort... I'M ALIVE!!! That's all I need to say for now! I just finished a stressful Semester full of classes that are required but worthless! :P The only class I had more fun in really was my Math Class, and I hate math! I finally got to understand somethings (like Long Division) and it made it really nice! If you were to take a Math Class in Developmental Math I recommend Amber Barley! She's Amazing! She explains a lot of math concepts simply and has various different ways to explain it. She is very flexible of how you do your work. She is one of those teachers that says "Do what ever way is easier for you" Oh it was nice to have that flexibility!

Monday(May 2, 2011), I saw a friend of Mine from Jr. High! I haven't seen her since before she moved to Liberty, Missouri! It was so nice to catch up with her! And it was so overwhelming to try to catch up of 6 years of our lives with in a couple hours! It just simply couldn't be done exactly! We went around Temple Square a little bit then went out to Lunch at Applebee's!

Monica Crump and I at the Mormon Tabernacle!

This Saturday, I get to Chauffeur my Brother and his Prom Group up to Salt Lake, and during that time! I'll be on a date! :D I'm actually pretty excited! I had to do the asking, but that is ok! I'll make it as fun as I can! :D I'm pretty excited! I'm going with a guy named Jared Smith. He is living across the street from where I live and living with his brother and his family. All the kids on our street(including my sisters) call him Uncle Jared! It's actually kinda cute! :D I plan on going to Temple Square and going out for Ice Cream. I just know I'll have like an hour to spare after that. I need to fill it with something! Any Ideas? I want to have as much fun as possible (with out getting into trouble! ;)! So if you have any ideas that are cheap and fun, any good views to go see?

One Heck of a busy Semester!

This semester has been one heck of a stress on my shoulders and so glad that the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter as finals creep closer! :P

So, January was amazing cause, I chose to do a sugar fast for a month and interestingly enough, I was able to have a closer bond with Heavenly Father and formed better habits with my Prayers and Scripture reading more than I have before in my entire life! Which is pretty much amazing! :D And I created this amazing Video that I was excited to make from the beginning and it was a passion presentation making the video was so much fun! I was able to put all of my passions together in it! :D

st

February was when my stresses started! I got sick the beginning of February as well as the rest of my family with the flu. I got my car after recovering from the flu, and less than a week of having it, the water pump decided to break down. Yeah seriously?! So not cool! So, I get that fixed as well as get a couple belts replaced. Once I got that fixed, I had the car running about the same amount of time and my car broke down again in the institute parking lot and it was there for like a week because I had random people telling me that they would take a look at it and fix it and or had a truck and trailer and wouldn't come. But finally, at the beginning of March. Someone in my singles ward said that they would be able to tow my truck to where I needed it to go. I was so grateful for him doing that! Then about 2 hours after my car getting towed to my mechanics shop, I got in a car accident with a friend of mine and his car got totaled on Center Street in Orem. Since I was the closest to the point of impact with being the passenger, I got the most part of the injury, and he ended up with a concussion. I had bruises from the Seat Belt and my sternum was bruised. So, I was stressed with how much my repairs would be on my car and wasn't sure how I would be able to pay for my car and 2 tuition payments that were coming up with in 2 weeks of each other! Well, My Best Friend Amanda Fox and my mom Challenged me to pay my fast offering. I paid about 10 dollars along with my tithing. oh man that was a huge stretch on me financially! But I put my trust in the lord, was like, I am so done with this stress I don't know how I'm going to be getting this money. I'm stuck. Help me anyway you can please?! Well, a day or 2 later, I got a call from the insurance company of the people that hit my friend and I(it wasn't my friends fault the person didn't yield the right of way) called me and said that they had to give me the rest of the medical coverage one way or another, and I ended up getting over 700 Dollars from the Insurance company! Talk about Blessing! Even though I was sore, I didn't need anymore treatment, my body just needed to heal.

April General Conference was Just plain WOW! I can't even explain, there was topics of every subject I needed to hear from pain and tribulation and the Atonement, to Marriage and relationships. My 21st Birthday where my friends blind folded me and took me up to the church Museum in Salt Lake since it was raining.(They were originally planning on having smores in the Canyon but since weather was crazy they went to plan B)I had a Free IceBerg Milk Shake of any flavor and size just because it was my BIRTHDAY! I renewed my Driver's License on my Birthday and got this really cute bracelet from my Grandma Bourne! And I got my Birthday wish to have Beautiful Weather and got an amazing picture of the "Heaven's Parting" And you'll most likely will see why it is pretty much my favorite picture! :D I took it on Genieva Road during some crazy Parking lot Traffic and just saw a perfect opportunity to take a picture! Well, now this semester is drawing to the end this week is the last week of classes and I was going to not miss any of my classes, but Apparently Heavenly Father has a sense of Humor or something because, I got Strep Throat and was put on Doctors Orders to not go to school till tomorrow. OH man I've been so bored! You know you have days where you don't want to get out of bed and you could just stay in bed all day? Yeah, Just think about this for a sec... Just imagine you being sick and your too tired to get out of bed but you can't sleep. what do you do? I'm not a reader so reading a book doesn't work, I went on to facebook more than I have this whole semester!

I helped my best friend with a Psychology project presentation which is about Learning styles and since her group basically had 2 learning styles to talk about her teacher thought it was going to be boring like the rest of the presentations (including the High school students and other people in her class sadly.) she even knocked her group out of their seats even though her group was standing and presenting as well. And since I was helping and I have a similar learning type as some people in her group as well as Amanda She let me put some of my pictures in there whether it was me in there or something that I enjoy(like swimming Or Viola), or pictures I took! :D The titles and beginning of each section are for ever long because, during that time her group members were describing their learning styles and how they prefer how to learn. The Teacher was very surprised and gave a huge compliment: "That was amazing, and that takes a lot of work and effort." And her group members said a huge thank you for doing majority of the work.

I look forward to the rest of this week. Cause Thank heavens to Antibiotics I feel amazing! And will continue to take them till it's gone! I seriously don't want it again!

"Through Heaven's Eyes" or "The Heaven's Parting the Clouds" Don't know what to call it yet! haha!
