Moonlight

Last week or so my cousin let me borrow her Moonlight season(sadly the only one and only season of Moonlight! :( ) And talk about amazing show!! haha! I truly think it is better than Twilight by far! Mainly because Twilight is in a human's perspective! And Moonlight is in a Vampire's perspective! It is pretty intense and truly amazing imagination on both ends! I just wish Stephanie Meyers would publish Edward's side of the story! Just by reading the first two chapters of the book I am hooked! But no!! Some crazy Person leaked the book! :P And making Stephanie not publish the book even though she already has the first twelve chapters on her website! Any ways Moonlight... I was watching it like everyday this week and I even stayed up passed midnight to finish each disk! :D Sure I kinda lost some sleep... but hey! I had fun! :D hehehe! :D Moonlight is seriously my favorite Drama! And I wish the writer's strike didn't influence CBS to Cancel moonlight's second season! Mick is pretty much awesome!! :D

Some of my favorite pictures of the series! :D

Mick St. John

Beth Turner

My favorite characters( Mick st. John, Beth Turner, Coralene(sp?), and Jack Koston) I was trying to find a solo picture of Jack because he is such a hoot! He was quite entertaining... kinda easy going despite the fact that he was a player! LOL But I found this picture instead! :D

Even though there were some pretty icky things in it like violence and some intense sexuality! Other than that, Moonlight is pretty much amazing! And I Love the Show like crazy!!! :D

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!!! :D

Today is my parents Anniversary! :D And they are on an Overnight vacation tonight! Kind of a tradition they have been doing the past three years or so! They go to an Anniversary INN, where they stay for one night... usually they have been going up to Logan, because of the scenery, and I guess the rooms are like Cabins or something. But any ways, they Save up their money to go... because depending on the room, the over night stay can be any where from 150 dollars- 300 dollars a night plus some kind of package they'd like. Whether it is a Candle light dinner, Popcorn and some movies, or something else that I don't remember! LOL

But any ways. My parents were Married June 17, 1988 in the Manti Temple! :D

My parents on their wedding Day! coming out of the Manti Temple! :D

My Parents Engagement Picture! :D

I hope they are having fun on their 21st Anniversary!

Viola Lessons!!!!

Ok... so yeah! As you probably could tell by my "Swimmingviolist" username... I play the Viola. If you don't know what a Viola Is... ask me later and I'll post on it later... or just Google it! LOL :D Ok... So this Guy(his name is Eugene) I play with at Utah Valley University symphonic Orchestra... And he asked me on Facebook Chat if I was going to be in Orchestra next semester? And I said yeah! Eugene then told me that he wanted me to be his stand partner and asked if I needed help! And I said That would be so great!! :D So he told me what I need to bring for my first Lesson.

1. 2 2 Octave Scales

2. 2 pieces prepared

3. I need to bring past Orchestra Pieces!

4. and method books! Luckily not Suzuki!! Thank Heavens! I am finally getting away from Suzuki after 7 years of playing the Viola! :D Woot! :D

Let me tell ya! I am so dang excited! I was worried he didn't like playing with me... or even hearing me play because I am so dang shy! :P But he told me that I have a gift and that I need to play louder and have more confidence when I play! And I totally agree! When I play my best on my Viola and really Playing it. What I mean is, Pushing the bow against the string with all my strength and being able to get the sound out of my viola as much as I can! And I need to tell my self that I can't be lazy any more! I am no longer in High school where I didn't practice and somehow get out of it! he told me that I don't need to pay one thing. All I need to pay in payment is Practicing like crazy for and hour and a half everyday! I guess we will be having Lessons every Friday night... I might need to reset my schedule and see if I can work in the mornings or during the day so I can go in for Lessons on Friday nights! Well, lots to think about! hehehe! Considering that I might be making a pretty big decision to see if I can move in with a friend of mine! She offered me a room today! And I think I might just say yes! But first off... I've got to see the room and get more information about the rent, Bills and what not, and I gotta see if I can save up for a Car that is pretty good price and wouldn't have to spend too much money considering the fact that I am still going to be doing some school next semester even if it is just going to be Orchestra! I Love that class like crazy! :D I haven't enjoyed my time in Orchestra in a Long time! :D Well, I got to work tomorrow. see ya! :D

Testimony

I am in the Lehi 31st Singles ward, and let me tell ya! That ward is so amazing! It really brings such on a different atmosphere! You feel the spirit pretty much every week! And our fast sundays... Talk about WOW!!! The spirit just kicks at ya like crazy! There was a challenge that the Stake president gave to the priesthood holders this morning at a priesthood meeting. And especially asked them to practice their Priesthood authorities and bare their testimonies often in Fast and Testimony meetings and basically set the tone! And WOW! Some of the men in my ward that don't normally bare their testimonies came up and started to set the tone... soon enough... women started coming up and do the same thing! And there were some strong testimonies and stories. In my ward, there are some people that are divorced and some have kids, etc... so there are people that are just recently starting to go back to church... or even we have some new converts! And it is so much fun to hear those testimonies! They mostly talk about their conversion stories and it just brings a whole different meaning to what a true conversion is! :D It is so amazing!

Any ways... I got up today in Fast and Testimony meeting, and if you know me, I am pretty shy, and I don't really like getting in front of people that is one of the hardest things for me really. It's just my personality and it isn't easy to get in front and people and speak. Anyways, I get up and I know somewhat of what to say, and yeah... I pretty much choked, and stammered through the whole thing. I couldn't think that straight and so I just said a simple testimony pretty much... I wasn't very happy with that I wanted to say something more about the atonement and what I've learned about it so far with in these past couple months or so. But anyways.. here was what was on my mind and what I wanted to say before I choked! LOL

On Tuesday, My Boyfriend and I had a bit of a down time, and we were kind of in a sense Fearful, and not really faithful (if you know what I mean). We were talking about what we could improve on in our relationship of how we could help each other through a little hard time. And he wants to get rid of some habits that he has had in his life, and was in a sense almost giving up in a way. But I summarized a quote from a book that I have been reading slowly but surely call the Continuous Atonement, and the first paragraph says something that we all can relate to in some way shape or form... "I'll never do it again. we say and then we do it. Now I'll really mean it. I'll never do it again, and then we do it. 'This has got to stop. I swear I will never do it again.' And we do it. When we or those we Love are stuck in cycles of compulsive behavior, it is easy to become discouraged and feel like giving up. We fast, pray, seek blessings, and still wonder if the needed changes will ever occur. When they finally do, we wonder if the positive changes will last. At low points we want to quit-or worse, we just stop caring altogether. Those are the moments when we need to remember there is always hope."

And he interpreted it in a pretty good way! He said that basically that if we do our best and do what we can to do better, that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will help us through! :D And Brad Wilcox says later in the book, that "Christ doesn't just make up the difference. He Makes all the difference."

A couple months ago, I during one of my down times, I was asking for help and forgiveness, and I was prompted to read, D&C 132 and I was questioning and asking if he was sure I wanted to read that section because that section is mainly about Marriage, and at that time I wasn't quite ready to think about marriage especially talk about it yet... LOL Any ways I felt a "Yes, just read it!" So I read it and when I got to verse 49-50 and it says: "For I am the Lord they God, and will be with thee even unto the end of the world, and through all eternity; for verily I seal upon your exaltation, and prpare a throne for you in the kingdom of my Father, with Abraham your father. (50) Behold, I have seen your sacrifices, and will forgive all your sins; I have seen your sacrifices in obedience to that which I have told you. Go, therefore and I make a way for your escape, as I accepted the offering of Abraham of his son Isaac." That was such a comfort to me! That no matter what the mistakes I have done in my life so far and that if I really do my best. Heavenly Father will provide a throne, and accept my offerings as he did with Abraham! :D

I do have a Testimony of this Gospel and I know this church is True! I know that Joseph Smith restored this Gospel and that the Book of Mormon is true! I also know that President Monson is our true Living prophet today! In the name of Jesus Christ amen!

So now off to another tangent, kind of more of a question actually... So Every time I post something... It doesn't show my paragraphs... Is there a setting or something to help you out with that? I am still trying to figure that out... :P

My house Got Toilet Papered! LOL

This morning my family was doing family Scripture Study Collin looks out the window and saw one of my neighbors cleaning up some Toilet paper! LOL the thing that was funny, was that her husband was saying you shouldn't have done that! What if her boyfriend was proposing or something... And I was like... umm.. Kevin hardly comes down to come see me just to see me because of Gas Prices. In some ways I wish I was in Provo so I can see him a little more often... but then I can always drive in when ever I can to see him(that is if I had my own car... :P). Any ways I told her that that if he were to do that to propose to me I wouldn't be too surprised and he would have made it harder to clean up! You'll see in the pictures that whoever did it didn't do a great job of "making it hard to pick it up" LOL Here are some pictures!

The front of my House...

Before I left for work today...

Before I left for work today, I saw my families Rose Bush that is by my Garage and holy cow! The Roses looks so pretty!! I had to take a few pictures of my favorite ones! :D

the first one...

probably my favorite one! :D

and the third one! :D

Ok... since I am showing pictures of flowers! I'll show some pictures that I took(one was at school about the last couple weeks of school I guess) and the others were taken on the day I took my PTCE.

ok you're going to notice that pretty much my favorite flower is the Pansy! When I started to like them I didn't know that my Great Grandma Housekeeper liked them till I turned eight or so, and after my Great Grandpa Housekeeper passed away, my Grandma Bourne gave me a picture of Pansies! Pretty much a keepsake to remember my Great Grandma(even though I don't remember much about her... she passed away from Leukemia when I was not quite 6 years old). Oh and by the way this was the one taken at school...

This was taken on the day I took the PTCE and yeah, it was one way to calm me down somewhat... That day wasn't a good day at all... :( except my family went to Olympic Park and that was a great time! :D

Another one that was taken after I took the PTCE! :D

PTCE and My favorite one is Purple! But I do like all the colors of Pansies! :D hehehe! :D

and the last one taken on the day of the PTCE

Pharmacy Technician News!! :D

I have some great news to share about me being able to get my pharmacy technician License! :D But I'll share that after quick funny work story! :D First I'll show you the Picture! :D LOL

So at Dinner time today at work, My Friend Kevin Newcomb came in with the dinner we all ordered, and he comes in with these AWESOME Sunglasses!! And yeah! I totally wanted to try them on just for fun because I can! And I kinda wanted to see what I looked like in the "AWESOME" Sunglasses! Now, if you know me, I am not really the kind of person to just get hyper all of the sudden and act in a totally different personality that is fun(or kinda a Yellow personality side if you know what I mean, that part of me hardly ever comes out!). And I was like wow! These Glasses make me feel so AWESOME!! LOL I went and looked in a little mirror by the sunglasses my work sales at work(these glasses are like 200 Bucks by the way), and They look awesome, but I wouldn't want to buy them because they are so expensive and I've always had some expensive tastes! LOL if I look at something that looks really cute and I end up really liking it, and find out that it is something that is too expensive I get really sad because I can't afford it and all I can do is just dream I had them and then later on just forget about it... :( But yeah! My friend Kevin Newcomb, said that he "Had to take a picture because he'd never see me in those glasses again and we'd have a good laugh! LOL So he took a picture! And I actually liked it! :D It was totally AWESOME!!(haha! Are you tired of that word yet? hehehe! :D) Hey! We were bored! And when you get bored you can end up doing some weird stuff(if you know what I mean?) It was an enjoyable time!

So Now for the News that you have been waiting for!!! *Drums rumbling* Ok Guess What? I have till September 17th to get my Pharmacy Technician License instead of August!! so pretty much I hope to be able to sign up for the test on August 20(which is the 90 day mark from the Day I last took the PTCE(Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam) and I could probably take the test with in that week(hopefully if everything works out). then I would have about less than a Month to get my Tech hours done(finally cause I have 44 hours left out of 180 hours that is required!! :D) Now, I just need to stay focused and stay motivated! Like My Swim Coach Meyring Said "Lets Kick it up to the Next Level!" And Use the Zan-Shin Program(now if you wonder about what Zan-shin is... let me know and I'll do a Post dedicated to the Zan-shin Program that my swim Team did! :D) to help me to remember the things I have studied for the test! And I would pretty much would have to really start Studying now!!! :D So I am pretty much totally excited to actually get this done! :D I can't wait and I am excited! :D

Happy Birthday Mom! :D

Happy Birthday MOM!! :D

I woke up this morning and thought to myself of what I can do for my mom today? Because I didn't get her anything... ah oppps! :P LOL And then, I thought that I could get the House cleaned for her since I am hardly home to clean it when my family is cleaning the house on Saturdays. I am usually working in the Mornings... so I miss most of the house work and what not(which it would satisfy a Lazy person's Heart! LOL like mine, but I am doing my best to not be so Lazy!! LOL). I am just amazed as it is that I cleaned the house on my own! LOL So I just hope I can keep my future home clean to keep me happy and Organized. haha!(yeah good luck when I start having my own children too! LOL)My sisters have kind of started messing up the house already! it is like wow! "I Just cleaned this mess, can't we keep it clean for ten minutes?" All well, it doesn't look so bad... They are good Girls! I Love them Like crazy! :D I am pretty much glad that my mom liked it though!! :D
