My Handsome Husband before he saw me for the first time.
"You may kiss the Bride" Our first kiss as Husband and Wife! :D
Cutting the cake. I'll tell you more about it on another picture of our cake. :D
My husband's first reaction when I came out of the room I was getting ready in.
This is our Beautiful and wonderful cake that his oldest brother worked for hours before the wedding day on this cake. He said it was his last cake and was going to come out with a bang! And I'd say he did! :D He got some of the flowers from where I ordered the flowers for the bouquet, Boutonniere, and corsages. I got so many compliments on my cake and was very happy to be able to share the compliments to "the chef." Having my bouquet right next to it made it such a compliment to the cake that I couldn't take it off. It just suited so nicely where it was. I didn't have to worry about it wrinkling during the commencement of the reception.
My poor youngest sister got sick again with the flu bug during the reception that my mom had to take her home early, she was very sad that she missed the bouquet toss. My mom was able to give me a good luck hug and kiss before she left.
My favorite picture of our rings with the purple sparkly Poinsettias.
The next couple pictures are before our wedding we took them by the railroad tracks close to where I live. It was beautiful, cold and fun! :D
Our first dance "Just as Kiss" by: Lady Antebellum
My cute adorable sisters were my ring barriers. My Mother in Law made the ring pillows and the ribbon girls baskets which turned out very cute as well. :D I loved every detail.
Final prep before going out to the ceremony.
Daddy/Daughter dance. "Butterfly Kisses" by: Bob Carlisle I started crying when the song started. It's been my dream Daddy/Daughter dance since I was 16 years old. I guess you can say it's mine and my dad's song. We've always enjoyed it since I was a teenager maybe even before then.
Very first picture as husband and wife.
My mom and dad have a picture similar to this one from their wedding pictures, and I wanted to continue that tradition.
Since my brother is on his mission we wanted to let him know that we were thinking of him on our special day. My dad grabbed a piece of paper and a marker for my mom to write his name down.
Haha! This was caught at the perfect moment. I love it! So Jordan was taught how to untie my ring off the pillow before the wedding for about an hour or so(maybe exaggerating but not sure it's just what I heard;) and my lesson was just a couple seconds before and after the pillow was made, and helped my husband with getting my ring off the pillow. You know how they say a picture explains a thousand words? Well, this is one of them that could pull that off. ;)
So our cake wasn't gluten free so Jordan couldn't have a bite, so he let me get his piece of cake all over his face.
I know it was kind of a jumble and the pictures were all over the place, from through out the day, but I hope you had some fun seeing the pictures. It was a wonderful day, we both enjoyed ourselves and had fun every minute of it. Our married life has been a wonderful journey so far. And look forward to future adventures as we get closer to meeting our educational goals, as well as our spiritual goals as we go through out our marriage, one day at a time. Enjoying each others company and getting to know each other on a deeper friendship level called Marriage. ;)
